Heh, thanks for the comment regards feotus. Truth be told, whilst I've heard one of their tracks a lot in certain clubs (namely one called Wash it all off, only 92 in the most listened to Foetus tracks on last.fm), I only recently obtained my first Foetus album, and even that is a remix album (although I must say a very good remix album). He is genius, and I plan to get more... :)

Yeah I like Bowie also, and as for Hippy, I think there is some Jefferson Airplane on my playlist. :)
I recently read Steppenwolf by Hesse. Good book. Not read the Glass Bead Game, but I am sure there was a kind of game in Steppenwolf played towards the end, that may or may not have parallels. Until I read the Glass Bead Game I won't know for sure.

Heh thanks! I always quite liked Soundgarden, especially their early stuff like the Louder than Love album, Screaming Life and Fopp EPs etc. Also always liked 'Somewhere' from Bad Motor Finger. I was about 17-18 when the Grunge thing was happening and really got into SG more than I did N or PJ.
